ORDERING AND DELIVERY AT HARLOW & VANE

Orders are typically processed within 72 hours after being placed. Once processed, the average delivery time is 7–14 business days within the United States.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and availability.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any applicable state or local taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.

PACKAGE REFUSAL AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a package is refused at delivery or cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be applied. This fee covers logistical, handling, and return shipping costs incurred by Harlow & Vane.

RETURNS AND PACKAGE LOSS
In the event of returns, delivery refusal, failed delivery attempts, or carrier returns, Harlow & Vane is not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of the package during transit.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the carrier. Any claims related to loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
