Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
RETURNS
At Harlow & Vane we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your package. The product must be in its original condition, including all parts, components, and packaging exactly as received. Items that show damage caused by careless handling are excluded from return. For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence that the item has been used, worn, or damaged beyond our control. Once a return request has been accepted, processing typically takes up to seven working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
PRODUCT IMAGES AND APPEARANCE
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product photography is taken under professional studio lighting and controlled conditions, which may cause colors, textures, and materials to appear slightly different from the physical item you receive. Differences in screen settings, brightness, and color calibration across devices may also affect how a product appears.
These variations are a normal part of online shopping and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and contact us at info@harlowandvane.com before placing an order if they have questions about a specific item.
BEFORE YOU RETURN — PLEASE READ
We want to be upfront about what a return involves so you can make the best decision for your situation.
Because our warehouse is located in Asia, all returns must be shipped internationally at your own cost. Return shipping from the United States to Asia typically costs $30–$60 or more, depending on the weight and size of your package. This cost is not covered by Harlow & Vane.
The return shipment is entirely your responsibility. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, Harlow & Vane cannot be held liable. The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging — any wear, damage, or missing packaging may result in your return being refused.
From the moment you ship the item to the moment your refund is processed, the full process can take 4–8 weeks.
For most customers, a partial refund while keeping the item is a faster, cheaper, and more practical solution. You are welcome to keep the item, gift it, donate it to a local charity, or resell it — saving yourself the cost, wait, and risk of an international return. HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If you wish to return an order, please contact us first at info@harlowandvane.com. In your message include your order number, the reason for the return, and, in the case of damage, clear photos of the product. Please also include your full name and address. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send your package to any other address, as this will delay processing. Customers are fully responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@harlowandvane.com. Orders can only be cancelled if the request is received within one hour after placing the order. Once an order has been forwarded to our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled as it is automatically processed. Customers are welcome to contact us at any time regarding a cancellation, but please note that there is no guarantee that the request can be honored once the order is in processing.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email at info@harlowandvane.com with a clear statement of withdrawal. The withdrawal is complete once we have received and inspected the returned goods. The costs of returning the goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may wait until the order is delivered and then return the items to us under the return conditions above.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service immediately at info@harlowandvane.com. Provide clear photos of the issue and describe the problem. If the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
REFUND PROCESS
If you withdraw from your purchase and return the goods under the correct conditions, we will reimburse the amount paid for the products, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees for the reimbursement.
